EP2plus Charter Mode

Charter Mode:

Charter Mode is a function that can be used when a driver is performing a school or charter trip and want to remain on the bus while waiting for the group to return.

“Charter Mode” ONLY controls the motion sensor. The CCM must be “DEACTIVATED” first. Charter Mode can be activated at any time as long as CCM is not “ACTIVE”.
  1. To place the Motion Sensor in “Charter Mode” turn the key to either “ON” or “ACCESSORY” position.
  2. Go to the back of the bus and “PRESS” the RVT “RED” button holding it until you hear the chirping sounds and “Charter mode Is now activated” message coming from the speaker.
  3. Turn the key to the “OFF” position. You may now move freely in the bus.
  • Charter Mode will stay in effect for a maximum of 3 hours.
  • If you'll be on the bus longer than 3 hours you will need to repeat the procedure to re-activate “Charter Mode” for another 3 hours.
  • System reactivation will disengage Charter Mode
