EP1plus
This unit is compatible with CCM's understanding of the CHP specifications. Always make sure you have the latest software and that you have correctly installed all required connections in order to satisfy the CHP specifications.

Recommendation
- Check that you are using the latest EP1plus CA software (ETF) or another CA compatible software (ETA).
- Additional hardwire connections are likely to be necessary in order to comply with CHP specifications.

- Test the system to assure that it functions according to the CHP specification.
EP1
This unit is not compatible with CCM's understanding of the CHP specifications: the module does not have enough inputs nor the correct hardware to monitor everything CHP requires.

Recommendation
- Reduce installation time and cost by upgrading to the EP1plus or the EP2plus. This will reduce cost by allowing you to use some of the components and connections you have already installed.
EP2plus
This unit is compatible with CCM's understanding of the CHP specifications. Always make sure you have the latest software and that you have correctly installed all required connections in order to satisfy the CHP specifications.

Recommendation
- Check that you are using a CA compatible software. There are several different and several custom software options for CA. If you're not sure, feel free to contact us!

- Additional hardwire connections are likely to be necessary in order to comply with CHP specifications.
- Test the system to assure that it functions according to the CHP specification.
CM1
This unit is compatible with CCM's understanding of the CHP specifications but it will require a hardware modification. CCM can modify units to meet CA specifications. Always make sure you have the latest software and that you have correctly installed all required connections in order to satisfy the CHP specifications.

Recommendation
- Engage CCM to schedule hardware return or exchange. CCM will make hardware and software modifications to the CM1 and return systems to you.
- Additional hardwire connections are likely to be necessary in order to comply with CHP specifications.
- Test the system to assure that it functions according to the CHP specification.
MAU (white module)
CCM stopped selling these units in the early 2000's. This unit is not compatible with CCM's understanding of the CHP specifications: the module does not have enough inputs nor the correct hardware to monitor everything CHP requires.
