Replacing a CRS System
Overview
This article applies to the old CRS Electronics Child Reminder Systems. CCM Can replace all CRS systems, including the following:
- CR2A
- CR2B
- CR2B-FL
- CR2ADCREVB
If you have purchased an IC, International, Navistar or Thomas Built Bus in the past few years, you may already have one of Child Check-Mate System's CRS replacements. These replacements operate almost exactly the same as the CRS replacement however, most will have Child Check-Mate System's standard operational tones & diagnostic tones. These are the beeps and chirps that come from all of our systems and they assist us greatly with installation, operation and troubleshooting.

OEM-Installed Units
When CRS products became unavailable, CCM worked closely with our OEM customers to deliver a seamless, plug-and-play integration. If you have purchased a new vehicle from IC / International Truck / Navistar or from Daimler / Thomas Built Bus, then you likely have the CCM drop-in replacement.
