Brake Set Alert: Error Codes
Overview
When an error has been detected, the Brake Set Alert indicator light will show a red heartbeat flash. Once you obtain your error code below, please provide that code to your United Safety representative for next steps.

Obtaining Your Error Code
To obtain the error code, follow the procedure below
- Make sure the system is ON
- The indicator light shows the red heartbeat
- Turn the ignition OFF
- Turn the ignition ON
- The system will flash the red indicator light and will sound the buzzer.
The amount of times the indicator light and buzzer sounds is the error code
Types of Error Codes
- ERROR CODE 1 (1 Flash): Door Switch failure
- ERROR CODE2 (2 Flashes): OO Failure
- ERROR CODE 3 (3 Flashes): Internal memory failure
- ERROR CODE 4 (4 Flashes): Pressure failure low
- ERROR CODE 5 (5 Flashes): Pressure failure high
- ERROR CODE 6 (6 Flashes): Intermittent door switch failure
- ERROR CODE 7 (7 Flashes):Gate switch failure
- ERROR CODE 8 (8 Flashes):Intermitent gate switch failure
- ERROR CODE 9 (9 Flashes):The parking brake is set while the speed is detected to be high
- ERROR CODE 10 (10 Flashes):The working brake is set while the speed is detected to be high
