Returns Policy
1. Returns
Returns will only be accepted in their original condition within 30 days of shipment.
Upon receipt of the returned item, CCM will fully examine it and notify The Buyer via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether The Buyer is entitled to a return. If The Buyer is entitled to a return, CCM will provide a store credit, less a restocking fee.
All accepted returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Shipping
To return the item you purchased, please contact CCM for a RMA and after, mail it to:

Returns shall reference the following: RMA Number. If this number is not referenced on the return shipment, CCM, at its sole discretion, will refuse to accept the product return.
Credits do not include any shipping, customs, restocking fee, duties and other handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping, handling, customs and duties charges for all returns must be prepaid and the shipment may be insured by The Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. CCM does not guarantee that the return shipment will be received. Shipping, customs, duties and other handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts credited will not include the cost of shipping.
