By using this manual you hereby confirm and agree for the benefit of Fogmaker and its affiliates that any failure to fully and timely comply with the requirements and instructions set forth in this manual will shift all liability related to the equipment and its maintenance (or lack thereof) to the entity responsible for servicing the equipment and its agents and subcontractors. In addition, the purchaser of this equipment has agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fogmaker from certain claims and liabilities, including, without limitation, any claim or liability as a result of, or related to, the maintenance, operation, failure and/or use of the equipment. All services in this manual require subject specific training. Performing any services covered in this manual without training and current certification may result in personal injury and void any warranties on the serviced components.
