How to Request More Tokens
Introduction
Tokens relate to the number of times the Universal Programmer can flash a module with a given program. Once tokens are used, they cannot be used again so you will need to request additional tokens from CCM.
Request the cost of purchasing more tokens by emailing us at tokens@childcheckmate.com
How to Request
Please provide the following information in your email:
- Company name
- Contact name
- Phone Number
- Unique ID
- Program ID
- Number of tokens you're looking to purchase
As the Universal Programmer powers up, your Unique ID will appear on the display as shown in Figure 1. Take note of the ID number.
Your Program ID will then appear in the upper left hand corner as shown in Figure 2. Take note of your program ID.
